The company's beginning was with the contracting to extend electricity and water lines to several governorates in Syria. In 2005, the company began with real estate development Activity, and over the past two decades, more than 100,000 thousand square meters have been built. In 2022, a branch of the company was opened in Germany to develop a budget hotel project, and in 2023 a branch in Jeddah to develop a Commerical Property.
